said.\u003cbr/\u003eHe will starting his campaign with Missouri, where political analysts said the state is leaning toward Bush, and John Kerry's campaign reduced its advertising campaign there after polls showed him four to six percentage points behind the president.\u003cbr/\u003eLater on Friday, Bush will campaign in Grand Rapids, Michigan, his third trip to the state in 17 days and his 17th as
