The global community has periodically been alarmed about this. We must look at why Pakistan is crying wolf and threatening to use weapons of mass destruction? Why after all did they test missiles at this particular point of time, even in the face of global condemnation? Mr Chairman I plea the attempt is to obfuscate the real reason. I would also like to ask why is the world opinion is not strongly reacting to such a open threats of Pakistan of use of nuclear weapons.
