The daughter of a former Cuban colonel alleges Castro headed a drug  trafficking scam - for which her father and three other officials were made scapegoats.  \u003cbr/\u003e0017:   Her French lawyer, Serge Lewisch says that in the late eighties the U-S found out that Cuba was supplying cocaine and marijuana to boost state revenues. He claims General De la Guardia and other officials were made to take the blame for the discovery. They faced a firing squad in 1989. It's alleged these amounted to political murders. \u003cbr/\u003e0036:   The charges claim Castro must have known of the drug trafficking. \u003cbr/\u003e0041:   Ileana de la Guardia says a French court could do what a Cuban court couldn't  - to make Fidel Castro accountable for his role. She says Cuba's leader is implicated in crimes against humanity. She wants to see her father's name cleared.\u003cbr/\u003e0056:  Other charges have been filed against Castro on behalf of two men who were jailed by Castro's regime.
