Here you can see our Stripers in puff pastry, it's really easy to do, we're going to make 80 of them, bake it and it's going to stay hot because it's thermatically sealed in, so the fish is going to be moist and really delicious. One of our all tyime favourite things is our mini-Kobe burger here; people love to get a little bite of it, half a glass of Laurent Perrier champagne or some of our Sterling wine so it's goint to be perfect. This dish comes from our restaurant Shinoa which is our Shanghai Lobster Risotto here, we cooked the lobster with ginger and spices and plum wine, the fragrance is amazing. We always make our smoked salmon Oscars, this is like a standard, we do that for years already, people are always asking for it so we can never not make it, it's the same thing with our chocolate Oscar. This year we have Verona organic chocolate and we're going to make a life size Oscar from it. Normally we make the small one which we will still make so everybody can take a couple of them home, we wrap them all up so people can eat them at home, show them to their kids or their family, that they won an Oscar from me maybe.\"\u003cbr/\u003e6.
