I think that there are many security firms.There is a security disorder and the Iraqi citizen has become a target to all,\" he said.\u003cbr/\u003eIraqi-US relations have been strained by the September 16 killing of Iraqi civilians, allegedly by security guards from Blackwater USA, which protects American diplomats in Iraq.\u003cbr/\u003e\"The danger behind revealing this case led the US congress or the concerned sides in the US administration to close this case in a way that did not force them to open this big dossier,\" said Abdul Sattar.\u003cbr/\u003eAn official Iraqi investigation into the shootings has raised the number of Iraqis killed to 17 - six more than previously thought - and concluded the gunfire was not warranted and that those involved should face trial.\u003cbr/\u003eAn Iraqi government spokesman announced on Sunday that the Iraqi investigative committee had asserted the shootings amounted to deliberate murder and recommended those involved be held legally accountable.\u003cbr/\u003eIts final results showed that the convoy from the Moyock, North Carolina-based security company did not come under direct or indirect fire at western Baghdad's Nisoor Square. \u003cbr/\u003eA US-Iraqi commission also met for the first time on Sunday to review American security operations after the September 16 shootings.\u003cbr/\u003eThe panel is one of at least three investigations on the incident. \u003cbr/\u003eBlackwater, which employs 1-thousand people in Iraq, contends its employees came under fire first. \u003cbr/\u003eThe incident has caused outrage among Iraqis and stepped up calls for the rules governing those protecting American diplomats to be overhauled.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Iraqi government spokesman said the Iraqi findings would be weighed against with those of the joint commission.\u003cbr/\u003eA US Congressional report released last week said Blackwater had been involved in at least 195 shooting incidents in Iraq since 2005. In 84 percent of those cases, it said Blackwater personnel were the first to open fire.\u003cbr/\u003eUnder a 2004 ruling issued by the US-led authority which ruled Iraq after the overthrow of Saddam
