lead to the creation of a fully legitimate Iraq. \u003cbr/\u003eSpeaking in London after meeting with British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Chirac said \"We believe that the upcoming elections, in-so-far President also warned Blair that his goal of spreading democracy across the world, alongside President George Bush, could be confused with a new colonialism.\u003cbr/\u003eChirac's comment on
