Many in the Islamic nation are angered by the United States' January 13 airstrike in a remote area of northern Pakistan that killed at least 13 people, including women and children.\u003cbr/\u003eDuring his speech at the Heritage Foundation in Washington DC, Aziz played down deteriorating relations, describing America as \"our friend and ally.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"Today we are jointly committed to a secure and stable world based on freedom, justice, and equity.
