They said their greatest worry is her frail health and mental well-being after months behind bars.\u003cbr/\u003eEbadi has vowed to prove her client's innocence in court, although Iranian authorities have not said whether Esfandiari, accused of trying to foment a revolution in Iran, will stand trial.\u003cbr/\u003eEsfandiari, head of the Middle East programme at the Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars, was released on bail on Tuesday from Iran's notorious Evin prison where she was held since May.\u003cbr/\u003eHer 93-year-old mother used the deed to her Tehran apartment to post
