Workers attach beam to the building\u003cbr/\u003eIt was the last of the world trade centre buildings to fall - it is the first to be rebuilt.    \u003cbr/\u003eSeven World Trade Center has already been under construction for more than a year, but on Thursday the first steel beam used in floors that will soon be occupied by tenants was added to the building.\u003cbr/\u003eNew York Governor George Pataki and Property owner Larry Silverstein were on hand to comment about the symbolism of the steel beam being set in the ground.  \u003cbr/\u003eThe beam was signed by the governor and other dignitaries and draped in an American flag. It was then raised eleven stories up by a crane and bolted to the building by workers.  \u003cbr/\u003eGround was broken for Seven World Trade Center back on November 20, 2002. The building is on schedule to be finished by the end of 2005.\u003cbr/\u003eThe building will be 52 stories high. The first 10 will be an electrical sub-station for the utility company Con Edison. Tenants will occupy the floors from 11 upwards. \u003cbr/\u003eIt is just one part of the redevelopment plan for the World Trade Center Site.  Architects David Childs and Daniel Libeskind are collaborating on the project as a whole, but Seven World Trade is one of Childs' designs.\u003cbr/\u003eThe flagship of the redevelopment plan is the 1,776-foot (541 metres) Freedom Tower.  Currently, Libeskind and Childs are negotiating the final plans for that building. \u003cbr/\u003eOn September 11, 2001, Seven World Trade stood just north across the street from the 'Twin Towers', which were numbered One and Two. The office building did not fall until several hours after the twin towers collapsed. It was one of several buildings that were destroyed or fell that day in addition to the 'Twin Towers'. \u003cbr/\u003eSeven World Trade collapsed as a result of a fire that raged through it, caused
