Wide of legs twisting \u003cbr/\u003eAn exercise class in West Hollywood is getting women to kick their legs in the air, walk like models and to dance and have fun - all while wearing high heeled shoes.\u003cbr/\u003eExercising while wearing high heels ?  \u003cbr/\u003eIt seems like an unlikely combination, but these women in the Heel Hop class swear by it.\u003cbr/\u003eAt a dance studio near Beverly Hills women are learning to walk like models and gain confidence in the towering heels fashionable today.\u003cbr/\u003eHeel Hop creator KamiIah Barrett is a hip hop dancer and choreographer, who has appeared in the music videos of R\u0026amp;amp;B singer R. Kelly and rapper 50 Cent.\u003cbr/\u003eBarrett says women must learn how to walk in heels and they can get fit at the same time.\u003cbr/\u003e\"The key component to Heel Hop is core strengthening as it is the back bone to the work out.
