And so as they posted the results at the various constituencies, the opposition and everybody could tabulate so it was not possible to come up with a different figure, and it would have been possible if the counting had been done centrally, so at least that we have to give to him. He's the one who pushed the electoral reform. Obviously the situation is a complex one and the countries of the region have to come together and find a way of doing it - and not treating it as an internal problem of Zimbabwe alone, an internal problem that creates three million refugees in South Africa alone, an internal problem that creates almost an economic collapse and forces people to leave the country can no longer be defined as internal. There is a regional dimension, there is a human rights aspect and the governments in the region have to take it seriously and the African Union as well, and hopefully it will be done.\"\u003cbr/\u003e4.
