Sanders Sauls refused for the third time in less than a week to order a manual recount of disputed ballots until he hears arguments in an historic trial beginning Saturday.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Gore team asked the Florida Supreme Court to intervene but it  refused without comment. \u003cbr/\u003eThousands of ballots that the Gore camp is hoping will swing the Florida vote count and the Presidential election in the Vice President's favour, arrive in Tallahassee from Miami Dade County.\u003cbr/\u003eIt was a trip that took a full day - the truck followed closely by Republican and Democratic party scrutineers and news helicopters.\u003cbr/\u003eOn Saturday a judge will decide an appeal by Gore's lawyers to over rule a decision by Circuit Judge N. Sanders Sauls not to include these ballots and other from Palm Beach County in a hand recount.\u003cbr/\u003eSauls said on Friday he would have to await the outcome of Saturday's hearing before making any further decisions on the fate of recount.\u003cbr/\u003eEven the judge sounded confused about the legal entanglements that have arisen during this marathon election battle.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English)\u003cbr/\u003e\"What we have to here is take the evidence.
