Saniora and Solana leaving\u003cbr/\u003eEU foreign policy chief Javier Solana discussed Lebanon's political crisis with the country's prime minister on Monday, telling reporters he was seeking a solution without winners or losers. \u003cbr/\u003eBeginning a three-nation tour devoted to the Lebanese dispute, Solana held talks separately with Prime Minister Fuad Saniora and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, who stand on opposite sides of the argument. \u003cbr/\u003e\"The over flights from Israel is always a problem in the implementation of the resolution.
