Let your voice be heard. To those  on either side of the aisle who seek to stop the agreement, I would say, remember what  the voters said on November the 8th. Get on with the nation's business. I've forgotten which newspaper  this morning had a very interesting story talking about the many countries in the world  who literally are now saying publicly until the US ratifies they're not going to do it. I think we  have solved that problem.  There are a lot of things in the enabling legislation that I don't  like.  The President has taken what should've been for me a very easy vote, he made it  a difficult vote.  But the bottom line is I'm for GATT.  This was negotiated mostly by  President Reagan, partly by President Bush, a very small amount by Bill Clinton.  I  don't like the part he negotiated.
