evidence.\u003cbr/\u003eU-S Magistrate Judge Stephen Brown rejected challenges to the reliability of two French D-N-A reports.\u003cbr/\u003eAcre's attorney is expected to appeal. \u003cbr/\u003eBut Francisco Javier Arce Montes is unlikely to go anywhere until after a trial on state charges scheduled July 2.\u003cbr/\u003eTwo French laboratories assigned to perform independent tests concluded Arce's D-N-A is an identical match to semen found at the youth hostel in France where the vacationing 13-year-old Caroline Dickinson was killed in her sleep in 1996.\u003cbr/\u003eThe defense hired an expert to undercut the French D-N-A work, and Assistant U-S Public Defender Timothy Cone said outside court that based on those tests there isn't enough evidence to say for sure.\u003cbr/\u003eThe
