Bush has warned Saddam that he faces unspecified consequences if he fails to heed American demands that inspectors be allowed back into Iraq.\u003cbr/\u003eBush also has reiterated that Washington wants a \"regime change\" in Baghdad and accused Iraq of sponsoring terrorism and stockpiling weapons of mass destruction.\u003cbr/\u003eIraq has been subjected to harsh U.N. sanctions for its
