the same level of protection has been granted to Marcia Lewis.\u003cbr/\u003eLewis had frequent telephone conversations with her daughter about her relationship with bill Clinton, according to tape prosecutors for five hours in New York on Monday, Lewinsky has agreed to testify that she had a sexual relationship with the president.\u003cbr/\u003eThis is something they have both denied under
