This is a drug dealer, she is the one that is selling good quality. In this time, for the embargo, she is the one that is selling enough quantity.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPERCAPTION: \"Rick\", heroin addict\u003cbr/\u003eDespite the war, users like \"Rick\" say heroin can still be found all over Burundi - for a price.\u003cbr/\u003eAt 13 U-S dollars a fix, heroin forces many addicts, including \"Rick\" to resort to crime to support their habit.\u003cbr/\u003eViolent crime is a major problem in Bujumbura but it is not only car theft and burglary that is involved.\u003cbr/\u003eSome victims of the ethnic violence say many militia members use heroin as it make it easier to kill.\u003cbr/\u003eHeroin, in these cases, has become an escape and a catalyst. \u003cbr/\u003e\"To get some heroin, you'll do anything you want to get that heroin. And if they tell you to go and kill someone, you will go and kill him because here in Burundi now, it is very simple to kill someone. To kill is very simple. In other places there are only Batutsi. It's like that, they were killing each other, that's how (my parents) got the accident.
