So - well, we all have really defined and passionate opinions about what we like to eat about what we don't like to eat. Lakshmi says guest judge - the curmudgeonly Anthony Bourdain, splits permanent judging duties with longtime favorite Gail Simmons.  \"They sort of split the season between the two of them and he's funny and he's fun and he's traveled so much and he's a great, great spirit to have on the show.\"  Also back is head judge and chef Tom Colicchio.\u003cbr/\u003eLakshmi says she was almost too happy to see those familiar faces back in the 'Top Chef' kitchen.  It was really nice for me to come to work 'cause I already know these people.  It was nice to see them again.
