And we have noticed since the beginning of our mandate movements of such people, some of them do talk with us, many of them are very suspicious of us and do not talk with us. However, from the few conversations we have had they have clearly told us that they were volunteers, and that they were participating in the combats for some of them on the other side of the border. Picard talking to journalists \u003cbr/\u003eOSCE's (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) Chief observer of the Observer Mission at the Russian Checkpoints Gukovo and Donetsk held a news conference on Thursday and related his latest report on the situation of border crossings in Ukraine. \u003cbr/\u003ePaul Picard spoke in Vienna after having reported to the Assembly. \u003cbr/\u003ePicard said the OSCE mission had the mandate of observing two border crossing points between Russia and Ukraine, and within this mandate, no crossings of people with weapon or other military equipment had been observed. \u003cbr/\u003eHowever, the OSCE mission has the mandate to observe only two of six border crossings. \u003cbr/\u003eIndividuals without luggage, groups wearing flags or badges belonging to different groups such as the People's Republic of Donetsk or Luhansk have been seen crossing. \u003cbr/\u003ePicard stressed that no weapons have been observed under the
