Plummeting oil prices are also impacting on businesses, towns and schools, causing a lot of changes.It's another busy morning in Wisconsin as buses deliver hundreds of students to...\u003c/span\u003e\n\u003cspan class='full-description hide'\u003eCheap oil doesn't only mean cheaper gas in the tank. \u003cbr/\u003ePlummeting oil prices are also impacting on businesses, towns and schools, causing a lot of changes.\u003cbr/\u003eIt's another busy morning in Wisconsin as buses deliver hundreds of students to their lessons. \u003cbr/\u003eThe drop in the oil price has been a boon to this school district and many others, saving them thousands of dollars a month in fuel bills.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Just in bussing alone, we've saved over $15,000 this year in the first four months compared to the first four months of last year,\" says Brian Vissers, spokesman for West Allis-West Milwaukee school district.\u003cbr/\u003eThose fuel savings have also helped the students. The extra money means the school has been able to provide iPads for all 10,000 students.\u003cbr/\u003eStudents like 10-year-old Gage Wirth are already seeing the benefits of this new way of learning.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I like it because I don't like going to grab the huge dictionary and looking all the way through just for one word so I can just type it in,\" he says.\u003cbr/\u003eFellow student, Macy Freeland says: \"I like that we don't have to verbally talk. We can all have a discussion on our iPads.\"\u003cbr/\u003eTeacher, Allisen Ehret says iPad learning is helping her students. \u003cbr/\u003e\"Just reinforcing skills, math skills, language arts, all those kids of skills. And it's just a fun way for them to learn and they don't even know it,\" she says.\u003cbr/\u003eWith oil prices having fallen by nearly half in just six months, the potential impact has been sudden and wide ranging. \u003cbr/\u003eThe price of filling up at the gas station has changed many people's thinking and spending habits. \u003cbr/\u003eIt also means some car dealers are shuffling the inventory of models they're selling, in the belief that people will buy more trucks and fewer economy models. \u003cbr/\u003e\"We gamble a little bit. We take a shot and buy inventory that we think is going to work. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't,\" says car dealer Ron Hicks.\u003cbr/\u003eIn North Dakota, signs of the previous oil boom are alive and well in some parts of the state. But not everywhere, and not for everyone who comes seeking their fortune.\u003cbr/\u003eOriginally from Nigeria, Ike Anyanwu came to North Dakota from Texas last November looking for work.\u003cbr/\u003eAnyanwu (pronounced Ahn-YAHN-woo) has experience, but has found the opportunities slim. \u003cbr/\u003eInstead, he's been coming to a temporary staffing agency in search of construction and other work.\u003cbr/\u003e\"That (job centre) gives us the leverage to keep on sticking it out here and staying until something better comes along because we know this is a boom town, and it's going to come back up, and then we're gonna be fine.\"\u003cbr/\u003eBefore oil prices dropped, it was fairly easy for people to find some sort of entry-level work in the oil fields. \u003cbr/\u003eNow the extra workers are being snapped up in construction, according to the branch manager of the Command Center staffing agency, Kyle Tennessen. \u003cbr/\u003eHe says: \"If I can get a worker who's down to 10 hours a week in the oil field to work a 60-hour week guaranteed in the construction field, well that's something that they'll scoop up.\"\u003cbr/\u003eNathan Caulford from Ogden, Utah, has been in Williston, North Dakota for nearly a month looking for work in the oil industry.  \u003cbr/\u003eHe has a wife and four kids back at home. She has part-time work, and he came up here to help solve some financial issues. \u003cbr/\u003e\"How worried do I let myself be.
