(Feb. 25)\u003cbr/\u003e [Notes:ANCHOR VOICE]  \u003cbr/\u003e  Many are calling it the Bernanke bounce.\u003cbr/\u003eNATS: Closing bell\u003cbr/\u003e  A more than 230 point surge on Wall Street. Some analysts believe its all because of a few choice words, delivered on Tuesday by the Federal Reserve Chairman.\u003cbr/\u003eSOT: Ben Bernanke\u003cbr/\u003eSOT: Wall Street Analyst\u003cbr/\u003e  Tuesday's success on Wall street, has moved to Asia -- where stocks are up across the board.\u003cbr/\u003e  Japan's Nikkei was up nearly one hundred point, or a little more than one percent.  That despite news that the world's second-largest economy posted a record trade deficit in January, with exports tumbling 46 percent from a year earlier\u003cbr/\u003e  Stocks in Hong Kong and South Korea were also up.\u003cbr/\u003e  However, the gains on Wall Street could be short lived.
