Dobbins leaving talks\u003cbr/\u003eThe United Nations continued on Sunday to push for a conclusion to the talks between rival factions in Bonn on the make-up of a post-Taliban government in Afghanistan.\u003cbr/\u003eNorthern Alliance delegates, whose forces now control most of Afghanistan, and the other factions agreed to the broad outline for a power sharing government. \u003cbr/\u003eHowever there has been no agreement as to the names of those who will participate in such a government. \u003cbr/\u003eUN spokesman Ahmad Fawzi said the groups were due to report back to the UN special envoy Lakhar Brahimi on Sunday, but stressed the continuing problems with deciding on a list of names.  \u003cbr/\u003eWith (b) billions of dollars of reconstruction aid resting on the successful completion of a deal, the UN continued to make positive statements concerning the talks.\u003cbr/\u003eUS envoy James F Dobbins was also upbeat about the direction of the talks when he
