So, we've actually seen decreases for the cellulosity, the wood wastes, corn cobs, portion before. What's significant about today is an overall reduction in the amount of biofuels the law actually requires. The law, as written, would have required 18.1 billion gallons of biofuels into gasoline. The EPA said today in it's proposal, they want 15.2, so it's about 3 billion gallons less.\u003cbr/\u003e3. So what's actually happening, if we blended the amount of ethanol the law required, we wouldn't have enough gasoline to blend into at the 10% ethanol rate. \u003cbr/\u003e4.
