The cast and crew got together and...\u003c/span\u003e\n\u003cspan class='full-description hide'\u003e\"A Simple Life,\" starring Andy Lau and Deanie Yip, won big at the 31st Annual Hong Kong film Awards.  \u003cbr/\u003eIt took home the awards for Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Actor, and Best Screenplay. \u003cbr/\u003eThe cast and crew got together and celebrated their victory after the award show at a party in Hong Kong on Monday (16 APRIL 2012).\u003cbr/\u003eBest Actress Deanie Yip has already won the Best Actress Award at the Venice Film Festival, Taiwan's Golden Horse Award and the Asian Film Award last month.  \u003cbr/\u003eShe said that at award ceremonies, the moment the envelope is opened, she reaches for her heart. \u003cbr/\u003e\"I was feeling my heart beat.  It wasn't beating really fast.  So I think that means I'm at a place where I'm comfortable (with either outcome),\" Yip explained.\u003cbr/\u003eBest Actor winner Andy Lau confessed to being quite nervous.  \u003cbr/\u003e\"When (the presenters) opened the envelope and then paused, then I became nervous,\" he said.\u003cbr/\u003eThis marks Lau's 3rd time as Hong Kong Film Awards' Best Actor. \u003cbr/\u003eBefore presenters Carina Lau and Sandra Ng announced the winner, Ng made a joke about Lau's impending fatherhood - Lau and his wife are expecting their first child, a baby girl, reportedly in June.  \u003cbr/\u003eAt the after party, Lau jokingly said that Ng \"talks too much,\" referring to her comment about the baby. \u003cbr/\u003eDirector Ann Hui took home the Best Director Award for the 4th time.  \u003cbr/\u003eShe had won for her work in \"Ordinary Heroes,\" \"The Way We Were\" and \"Summer Snow.\"\u003cbr/\u003eHui had previously said that she would happily retire after \"A Simple Life.\"  \u003cbr/\u003eHowever, since making the comment, she's had a change of heart.  \u003cbr/\u003eHui said that she will continue to do the work that she loves.  \u003cbr/\u003eWhen asked if she will feel the pressure to outdo herself with the next project, Hui said that a change of mindset has put herself at ease.  \u003cbr/\u003e\"Now I understand that for a movie to do well, a lot of things need to come together.  It's not just about me.
