Tomorrow we are going to begin more serious conversations with Aznar (President of Spain) about a bilateral trade agreement between Peru and the EU but that doesn't preclude that we should not be more cohesive within our region to be much more integrated in more than one way, not only in terms of roads, in terms of social policies, in terms of investment to add comparable advantage and to convert them into competitive advantages in order to penetrate markets in the United States, Europe and Asia.\"\u003cbr/\u003e6. trying to extradite former Peruvian president Alberto Fujimori.\u003cbr/\u003eFujimori has lived in Japan, where he is protected from extradition by his Japanese citizenship, since November 2000. \u003cbr/\u003eHe fled Peru amid a corruption scandal that toppled his decade-long government, but has denied any wrongdoing.\u003cbr/\u003eLast week, Toledo expressed his hope that Japan will co-operate by handing over Fujimori.\u003cbr/\u003ePeruvian prosecutors are piling up charges in an attempt to pressure Tokyo to turn him over.\u003cbr/\u003eThey have already filed a dozen charges
