He says the Obama administration can't be trusted on the issue. \u003cbr/\u003e   The Ohio Republican spoke shortly before Obama planned to reveal his plan for letting insurance companies continue health coverage that they have been canceling for millions of Americans. \u003cbr/\u003e   Obama is expected to propose administrative changes that would not require congressional approval. \u003cbr/\u003e   But Boehner says he doesn't believe there is anything Obama can do administratively that would be effective.\u003cbr/\u003e   The House plans to vote Friday on a GOP bill to let insurers continue coverage they've been canceling. John Boehner, House Speaker: \"The House is going to act on Mr. Upton's bill, the Keep Your Health Care Plan Act. White House says it's looking for some administrative fix. Of course no one can identify anything the President could do administratively to keep his pledge that would be both legal and effective. Promise after promise from this administration has turned out to be not true. So when it comes to this health care law, the White House doesn't have much credibility. And let's be clear. The only way to fully protect the American people is to scrap this law once and for all.\"\u003cbr/\u003e2. SOUNDBITE (English) Rep.
