I'm referring to this kind of actions.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe Communists won the previous election in April 2009 amid allegations of cheating, sparking serious riots in which at least three died after the opposition said the election was rigged.\u003cbr/\u003eParliament was dissolved in June after it failed twice to elect a president.\u003cbr/\u003eLupu used to be a Communist himself - and speaker
