One officer was seen firing live ammunition into the air to try to disperse the crowds.  \u003cbr/\u003e\"We need water, proper water, that is a basic service delivery. Our kids are starving at school,\" said Obed Marema, a 31 year old resident of Hebron Township. \u003cbr/\u003eMarema accused the South African government of assigning houses built under the Reconstruction and Development Programme, known as RDPs, to foreigners with money instead of township residents.\u003cbr/\u003e\"All foreigners they occupy the RDPs, they are selling the RDPs.
