spokesman Fred Eckhard said it had been difficult to distribute aid in some remote areas due to security concerns.\u003cbr/\u003eHowever, the World Food Programme was looking into the reports of starvation in the Bonavash area.\u003cbr/\u003eMojamed Zejjari, assistant executive director of United Nations World Food Programme told APTN in Rome that pockets like Bonavash are
