on Friday, wounding at least 14 people, the military and a hospital official said.\u003cbr/\u003eMilitary spokesman Brigadier Prasad Samarasinghe said the bomber, whose identity was not immediately known, triggered the explosives as the convoy of vehicles was passing.\u003cbr/\u003eSamarasinghe confirmed that Defence Secretary Rajapakse, who is the brother of President Mahinda Rajapakse, was in
