Bush and the United States government\" at the inauguration. \u003cbr/\u003eThe Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Peru has been in the negotiation stage for several years and is awaiting the approval of both bodies of Congress. \u003cbr/\u003eIn 2005, US goods exported to Peru totalled nearly 2.3 (b) billion (ďż˝1.8 billion). \u003cbr/\u003eTwo-way trade between the US and Peru last year totalled 7.4 (b) billion dollars (ďż˝5.79 billion).\u003cbr/\u003eCritics in Peru contend the agreement would lead to steep increases in the price of medicine and that Peruvian
