stars on Wednesday night.\u003cbr/\u003eTens of thousands of people packed the streets around the giant tree to catch performances by Aretha Franklin, Michael Bubl�, Shakira, the Radio City Rockettes and others.\u003cbr/\u003eRockefeller Center spokesman said New York's most famous Christmas tree helps bring 750-thousand people to the center during the weeks the tree is lit. \u003cbr/\u003eThat's about 400-thousand more than visit on an average day the rest of the year.\u003cbr/\u003eThis year's tree lighting ceremony looked a little different, though. \u003cbr/\u003eThe famed ice skating rink
