to European investors.\u003cbr/\u003eSpeaking in Brussels on the last leg of his European trip, he said nationalisation was meant to benefit Bolivia's poor, many of whom are jobless.\u003cbr/\u003eMorales said his country was seeking \"good relations\" with investors in Spain, Brazil and others who have already invested (b) billions of US dollars in his country's natural gas sector.\u003cbr/\u003eBelgian Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht echoed European concerns over the move, warning it could harm economic growth.\u003cbr/\u003eSpeaking at a news conference with the Bolivian President, De Gucht said nationalisation \"would be a mistake and in a practical sense would not work.\" \u003cbr/\u003eAfter talks with De Gucht, Morales left Brussels to return to Bolivia,
