(July 25)   \u003cbr/\u003e(\"Alessandra Rizzo, Associated Press \"  The forensic experts, appointed by the court, said today that the investigators who collected evidence in the Amanda Knox trial made glaring mistakes including at one point using a dirty glove in collecting evidence and not wearing the right gloves and masks.  Lawyers for Amanda Knox are hopeful that these review of DNA evidence will help them win an overturn.  Amanda Knox has been convicted and is serving 26 years in prison for the murder of her British roomate Meredith Kercher - in a encountering a lot of the evidence.  The experts were reporting the conclusions of a review of DNA evidence that had been required by the court the experts found that a lot of the DNA collected against Amanda Knox was not reliable.  That some DNA traces were too old to be attributed with certainty and that protocols were not followed.  The experts will be questioned and cross examined and the prosecutors will have a chance to be cross examined in the independent experts that hearing on Saturday will be the last one before the summer
