Wide of dance floor\u003cbr/\u003eHundreds of people in the Swedish capital are dancing their lunch break away at a club called Lunch Beat.\u003cbr/\u003eWith loud techno music and strobe lighting it is like any nightclub but there is no alcohol and it is all over by the afternoon.\u003cbr/\u003eThis is a scene known to clubbers all around the world.\u003cbr/\u003eHundreds of sweaty bodies, moving rhythmically to a heavy techno beat and a DJ working the crowd in to a frenzy.\u003cbr/\u003eBut this is not the early hours at some club in Ibiza, London or New York after a long night of partying.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd there are men in suits dancing.\u003cbr/\u003eIt is midday in Stockholm and even though the party has just started it will end after exactly one hour.\u003cbr/\u003eIf you look closely you'll notice that the clubbers are a mixed crowd of office workers, students and business women and men.\u003cbr/\u003eWelcome to Lunch Beat - the latest trend in the Swedish capital Stockholm.\u003cbr/\u003eLunch Beat started in June 2010 when a group of people organised an event in an underground parking lot in central Stockholm.\u003cbr/\u003e14 people showed up and danced for an hour.\u003cbr/\u003eHours later people started planning the next event.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd Lunch Beat grew, and grew.\u003cbr/\u003eNow around 550 people show up every month to Stockholm's Lunch Beat, normally held at the centrally located Kulturhuset.\u003cbr/\u003eBut, it is not just in Stockholm that office workers have the chance to throw away their inhibitions and dance until the sweat pours down their shirts.\u003cbr/\u003eLunch Beat is now held in 10 cities across Sweden and it is going global. Events have been held in as far-flung places as Tampere in Finland, Belgrade in Serbia and Porto in Portugal.\u003cbr/\u003eAccording to Daniel Odelstad, the 31-year-old Lunch Beat Stockholm organiser, anyone is welcome to organise an event as long as they follow the Lunch Beat rules.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd the rules are not difficult.\u003cbr/\u003e\"The first rule of Lunchbeat is that you have to dance. And if you don't want to dance during your lunch hour then you should eat your lunch somewhere else. It is that simple.\"\u003cbr/\u003eLunch Break is so appealing that people are ready to pay 100 Swedish Kronor (14 US dollars) and wait in line to join in.\u003cbr/\u003eAccording to Odelstad people come for different reasons -  they like the music, they enjoy dancing and it's simply a fun thing to do.\u003cbr/\u003eBut it also gives people who are tired of the club scene, or simply does not have time to spend their weekends dedicated to clubbing, a chance to have an intensive hour of music and fun.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Clubbing is normally associated with alcohol, late nights and an night life atmosphere. Here all of that has been removed. People are sober, it's in the middle of the day and it is very short, effective and intensive. You have an hour and you just have to get in there and dance because the hour ends pretty quickly.\"\u003cbr/\u003eAccording to Odelstadt, Lunch Beat is entirely non-profit.\u003cbr/\u003eThe entry charge covers the rent of the venue and the sandwiches brought in so people will not have to go back to work hungry.\u003cbr/\u003eAny profits that are left over are invested in a start-up bank where people can apply for a grant to set up their local Lunch Beat event.\u003cbr/\u003eKristoffer Svenberg is 34-year-old artist who decided to head down to Lunch Beat for the first time after hearing of it from his friends.\u003cbr/\u003eHe says he was amazed that everyone was dancing.\u003cbr/\u003e\"It was just like bang, straight in to the disco\"\u003cbr/\u003eJonatan Dahlander is a 27-year old gardener and a Lunch Beat veteran.\u003cbr/\u003eAn avid dancer he is happy to have an event where he can dance without having to go to a nightclub.\u003cbr/\u003e\"It is the love of the dance and the energy which brings people here.\"\u003cbr/\u003eBut do people worry about heading back to work covered in sweat?\u003cbr/\u003eNot Asa Andersson a 33-year-old cafe owner\u003cbr/\u003e\"It is absolutely fantastic! It is the first time I'm here, I'm totally happy and ecstatic, totally covered in sweat and I'm full of energy. It does not get any better than this.\"\u003cbr/\u003eJill Taube is also going back to her work as a psychiatrist specialising in exercise as a way to help people with depression.\u003cbr/\u003eThe 53-year-old says she thinks Lunch Beat is actually good for the public's health\u003cbr/\u003e\"I think this is great. It is really beneficial to the public health and I love dancing\"\u003cbr/\u003eEllen Bengtsson, a 29-year-old administrator, has travelled for over an hour from her work at a local municipality office with her entire team, some 15 people, to dance during Lunch Beat.\u003cbr/\u003e\"We are here because it is fun and really healthy to dance. We like to do activities like this during our lunch break.\"\u003cbr/\u003eBefore the end of the event, Odelstad says that he likes to see Lunch Beat as a story that is continually
