However, we can't really help them because we are not into geography, we're actually into astronomy.  So we have advised them to go to either the Ordnance Survey or get hold of a G-P-S system - a global positioning system.\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Maria Blyzinsky, Curator of Astronomy, Royal Observatory\u003cbr/\u003eFrom Greenwich to the less glamorous east London district of Walthamstow, where we found a man with a G-P-S to help track down other venues for a millenium party on the meridian.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Essentially a G-P-S is a device that receives signals from a number of satellites some 11-thousand miles up and enables us to determine exactly where we are down to the exact pinpoint, as it were.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: John Prior, Skyforce Avionics\u003cbr/\u003eBut the device cannot necessarily direct you to the best place for your millenium party.\u003cbr/\u003e\"One... zero.  So this is it?
