(Nov. 10)\u003cbr/\u003e [Notes:ANCHOR VOICE]  \u003cbr/\u003e  Markets across Asia started the trading week with huge gains after China announced a major stimulus package totalling more than 500 billion dollars.\u003cbr/\u003e  Stocks in Shanghai gained more than seven percent, while indexes in Japan were up by more than five percent.\u003cbr/\u003e  Hong Kong's Heng Sang was up by more than three percent.\u003cbr/\u003eSOT: Unquestionably the rising markets all around Asian today is down to the Chinese and their enormous package they've put in which is huge, it's not only huge in terms of dollar terms, which is about nearly 480 odd (b) billion, but also in terms of China terms because that's going to buy a lot more in terms of infrastructure.\u003cbr/\u003e     China unveiled the huge stimulus package on Sunday.  The communist country hopes to keep economic growth from slowing too fast.  \u003cbr/\u003e  China's economic growth slowed to nine percent in the third quarter -- the lowest level in five years.  It was also down compared to the 12 percent growth during the third quarter of 2007.\u003cbr/\u003e  The uptick in stocks in Asia has spread to Europe where blue chips in Britain, France and Germany all opened about three percent higher.\u003cbr/\u003eSOT: So short term everything looks very good, long term we're still seeing east versus west and that means Belgium, Denmark almost going to bankruptcy themselves now and long term that's still  the big concern.\u003cbr/\u003e  Wall street is expected to start the week up as well.\u003cbr/\u003e  Dow Jones Industrials futures were up more than 100 points.\u003cbr/\u003e  The Dow ended last Friday up as well -- rallying more than 200 points.\u003cbr/\u003eHong Kong\u003cbr/\u003e1.
