Also he said we will rebuild Iraq and regain everything stolen or looted from Iraqi antiques and treasures. Also he said Iraq was not divided into sectarian lines like Shia and Sunni - he said we are one people - and he gave a lot of examples from verses from the Koran and Arab poetry and these kinds of things, in order to urge his people to resist occupation.\"\u003cbr/\u003e8. I compared this with previous signatures from his previous statements and previous decrees and it was extremely similar. I can't say it is 100% Osama, (corrects himself) Saddam Hussein's letter.
