But little Ramon isn't being cared for by his parents - they haven't a clue about how to look after him. Instead a keeper at St.Petersburg zoo changes his nappy and feeds him. \u003cbr/\u003e0119:    But soon the cartoons on this television set outside the\u003cbr/\u003eorangutans cage will screen American parenting videos, designed to give Monika and Rabu all the necessary know-how. Their first baby nearly died of starvation because his parents neglected him. The same happened when Ramon was born. \u003cbr/\u003e0037:    Monika, an 11-year-old female, was herself reared in captivity.  Apes learn from imitation and she hadn't observed the necessary mothering skills as she would in the jungle. Mind you, her mate Rabu wasn't much help. As some human mothers have been known to complain, he seemed to spend more time watching the T.V than caring for his family - despite Monika's efforts to distract him. \u003cbr/\u003e0103:    Yelena Gerashenko, who is Ramon's nurse and a keeper at the zoo says the solution was to turn off the television... for now. \u003cbr/\u003e0113:  But the zoo hopes they will both pay attention when the
