its nuclear ambitions, Washington''s top envoy on the issue said  on Tuesday.\u003cbr/\u003e\"What we want to do is to make sure we are coordinated on this,\" Christopher Hill, US Ambassador to South Korea, told reporters in Seoul. \"Any activities by any of us within this process are not ones that can be used by North Korea to divide us.\"\u003cbr/\u003eHill said the nuclear issue is a serious problem that needs to be dealt with a \"great sense of seriousness and urgency\".\u003cbr/\u003eReviving the stalled talks has taken on greater urgency since North Korea''s declaration on February 10 Monday.\u003cbr/\u003eNorth Korea wants to trade its nuclear weapons programs for massive economic aid, diplomatic recognition and a non-aggression treaty with Washington - measures that it hopes will guarantee the survival of Kim''s Stalinist regime. \u003cbr/\u003eWashington has previously been opposed to granting North Korea any concessions merely for returning to the negotiating table.\u003cbr/\u003eHill said the North should bring whatever demands it has to the negotiating table so that the United States \"can figure out if we can meet their needs on
