Stern that halted the inquest into the 10 September death of Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel in the Bahamas from a drug overdose. \u003cbr/\u003eSupreme Court Justice John Lyons postponed the hearing until 22 May. The inquest itself will be delayed until the legal issue is resolved.\u003cbr/\u003eLyons said he had concerns about Roger Gomez, the magistrate presiding over the inquest after watching a portion of an interview he gave on television. \u003cbr/\u003eHe said he would consider whether Gomez should remain on the case before the next hearing.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Just like the judge says, we need to get the material and we need to look at it,\" said Wayne Munroe, who is representing Howard K.
