There is no reason they cannot wait on that ruling. We will abide by that ruling and the United States should abide by the time necessary for that ruling. I did stress the real difficulties that their action can cause to our industry, particularly to the Scottish cashmere industry. I am glad to report that we both agreed that what is needed now are rapid talks between the United States and Europe to find a rapid solution. We cannot allow this dispute to damage our industry to damage our relations. We did not retaliate yet, what we did was protect our right to receive the compensation that the W-T-O said it would provide by March the 3rd.  That decision  now  looks like it will take a few more weeks. We will impose these restrictions only when the W-T-O makes the decision and we will comply with that decision that was supposed to have been reached by March the 3rd and all we have done is serve notice and protected ourselves in the event that the decision is made. I think that everyone recognises that there was a problem here. The question is how much compensation will be available. What we want is to work with our friends and allies in Europe and come up with a scheme, a plan that is not discriminatory that does not discriminate against Latin American and American products, so that this kind of dispute can be put behind us. Right now there is no question that unfair trading was going on.
