Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said on Saturday.\u003cbr/\u003eRice, in a speech to a CEO summit at the annual Asia-Pacific economic conference, praised the region's deep involvement in the world economy,\u003cbr/\u003esingling out Vietnam as a country that has successfully reformed.\u003cbr/\u003eShe called on communist North Korea and military-run Myanmar, also known as Burma, to do the same.\u003cbr/\u003e\"If the leaders of North Korea and Burma were to follow the example of Vietnam, if they make the strategic choice and take the necessary steps to join the international community,
