another development, Britain's Queen Elizabeth II stripped Mugabe of his ceremonial knighthood on Wednesday, a highly unusual move meant to show Britain's revulsion with the human rights abuses of his regime.\u003cbr/\u003eAlso on Wednesday, a commentary by Tsvangirai was published in the British newspaper The Guardian in which he called for UN peacekeepers to help prepare the way for new
