Thank  you.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Bill Clinton, U-S President\u003cbr/\u003eIt seems clear that Clinton is trying to give the appearance that he is conducting  business as usual - despite the international interest in the allegations of an affair.\u003cbr/\u003eHis next scheduled public appearance is at Tuesday's 'State of the Union' address -  when he will outline his legislative agenda to both Houses of the U-S Congress.\u003cbr/\u003eHis staff are currently consulting with congressional leaders to try to determine what  type of reception Clinton is likely to receive.\u003cbr/\u003eHis spokesman was giving nothing away in the meantime - refusing to go into more  detail on Clinton's statement.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English)\u003cbr/\u003eQ: The President was very precise today in saying that he had 'no sexual relations' with  Monica Lewinsky.
