Last year we did a one person show by an American photographer named Ryan McGinley, so this year we talked to these German artists that we show, they're twin brothers called Gert and Uwe Tobias and we asked them if they would be interested in doing an installation for Frieze, so when we found out exactly the scale of the booth that we were going to get we submitted the plans to them and they made everything in the booth in Cologne and it was then shipped here.\"\u003cbr/\u003e16. Various of sculptures in park \u003cbr/\u003eThe cream of the world's contemporary art goes on show today (October 11) in London.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Frieze Art Fair showcases new and established artists to an international audience that packs out the UK capital for four days. \u003cbr/\u003eLondon's Regent Park park plays host to the fifth annual Frieze Art Fair. \u003cbr/\u003eArtists, gallery owners, buyers and members of the art loving public are flocking to one of the biggest art events in the world. \u003cbr/\u003eThe Frieze Art exhibition showcases 1,000 artists from 151 art galleries, from 28 countries around the world. \u003cbr/\u003eOrganiser Matthew Slotover says that if you want to know more about the world of contemporary art this is the place to come. \u003cbr/\u003eSlotover says visitors come to browse or buy. But what unites contemporary art lovers is an interest in new ideas. \u003cbr/\u003eThe conceptual artists known as the Chapman brothers were on hand to deface visitor's �20 sterling ($40 US Dollars) notes in the name of art. \u003cbr/\u003eThe brothers are part of the Brit Art movement, promoted by the collector Charles Saatchi, which includes artists Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin.  \u003cbr/\u003eOther highlights include Rob Pruitt's Flea Market which comprises of various flea market (car boot sale) stalls organised and manned by the artist's friends. \u003cbr/\u003ePruitt says that he loves Richard Prince's installation which centres around a 1970s Dodge Challenger Car\u003cbr/\u003eAnother gallery showcasing the work of young artists was the Team Gallery from New York. \u003cbr/\u003eGallery curator Jose Freire says this year they invited German artists - brothers Gert and Uwe Tobias - to create an installation which was conceived and realised in Cologne and then shipped to London. \u003cbr/\u003eThe 2007 Cartier award has been awarded to Mexican artist, Mario Garcia Torres. \u003cbr/\u003eThe Cartier award celebrates emerging young artists living outside the United Kingdom. \u003cbr/\u003eIn addition to being able to present their work at Frieze, the winner receives a studio residency at a London gallery, Gasworks, from August to October 2008. \u003cbr/\u003eThe temporary structure, which covers nearly 21, 000 square metres, is designed by architect Jamie Fobert. \u003cbr/\u003eLocated in the English Gardens adjacent to gallery tents, the Sculpture Park is open to the public and features work by nine artists represented by galleries participating in the Fair. \u003cbr/\u003eHoward Farber, a New York based Art Collector, says he expects the fair to do very well this year and sell a lot of works, but he was disappointed in the lack of Asian and Latin American works in the show. \u003cbr/\u003eFarnaz Bahmanyar, an art lover from Paris, says it was very beautiful. \u003cbr/\u003eThe Frieze Art Fair runs from October 11 - 14, 2007. \u003cbr/\u003eMore than 63,000 people visited the Frieze Art Fair in
