Pipe from oil tanker truck going into conduit in sidewalk\u003cbr/\u003eVenezuela's oil will keep some of America's poorest warm this winter, thanks to a discounted heating oil programme backed by the Venezuelan government and Joe Kennedy's Citizens Energy Corporation. \u003cbr/\u003eOn Friday, an oil tanker truck arrived in the Hunt's Point neighbourhood of the Bronx (New York City) to make the first delivery of what will total more than 25 million gallons of fuel. \u003cbr/\u003eThe oil is being supplied to residents of the 60-unit building at a 40 per cent discount.\u003cbr/\u003eCitgo Petroleum Corporation (CITGO) programme will benefit over 100-thousand needy households in New York, as well as some 300-thousand other households in communities in 15 other states, including members of 163 Native American tribes. \u003cbr/\u003eSpeaking Spanish and English to his constituents in the 16th Congressional district, US Congressman Jose E.
