And in fact it has performed beyond our wildest imaginings, and that's saying something because we have been imagining this for a decade now.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Dr. Carolyn Porco, University of Arizona Astronomer\u003cbr/\u003eIn addition to the atmospheric experiments, Cassini and Galileo were used together to study the dance between Jupiter's magnetic field, the solar wind, and the moons and debris that surround the planet.\u003cbr/\u003eThey are even able to listen to the audio signal produced by the solar wind whistling between and the Cassini spacecraft.\u003cbr/\u003eScientists are also able to gather information on how volcanic activity on moons such as I-O  have an effect on the planets other satellites.\u003cbr/\u003eEarlier attempts to gather similar data with the Galileo craft were less successful.\u003cbr/\u003eDuring one of its interplanetary cruises, Galileo's high gain antenna failed to extend, forcing it to use low gain antennas at much lower than planned data rates. \u003cbr/\u003eScientist say the Cassini-Galileo mission has made up for earlier difficulties with Galileo.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English) \u003cbr/\u003e\"Cassini is really ideal.
