said he admired the Peruvian leader's determination to reduce poverty in his country, and complimented Toledo on what he described in Spanish as his 'big heart'.\u003cbr/\u003eToledo, who is constitutionally barred from running for another presidential term this year, is scheduled to step down as president in July.\u003cbr/\u003eHe told Bush that the work the two have done in creating a free trade agreement and reducing poverty would continue under the leadership of a new president because the Peruvian people want a strong economic future.\u003cbr/\u003eToledo will meet with other
